“Prepare estimates, work orders and invoices on your PC”

This handy program allows you to both prepare estimates and work orders, and print invoices from a single screen. Estimates and work orders are stored for future use so they can easily be retrieved and reviewed. These can then either be printed as an invoice or updated.

The application automatically calculate inventory and service pricing, as well as the final total of the invoice. This saves time from having to manually calculate the invoice and prevents calculation errors. The inventory is automatically adjusted to reflect the parts used for each invoice. A special "link" function assists in the preparation of the invoice and work orders further reducing the processing time.

Added the Notes field to the invoice history windows.
Added Clone batch in General ledger to speed data entry.
Added Popup Toolbox to most menus to speed navigation.
Modified Customer History report to display vendor, employee on each line for the invoice as well as adding the manager code.
You can now print the Customer History report from the customer browse or customer history windows. This will give you a snap shot of everything the customer has purchased from you.
